HVR Series High Voltage Diode

HVR W3 & W4 and M3 & M4 are well-tailored high voltage diodes with characteristics of big forward current up to 1500mA-2000mA, and is ideal for such applications as X-ray tube or medical device purpose.

  • Low forward voltage drop, and small current leakage
  • Avalanche breakdown protection
  • Reverse recovery time up to 150 nS
  • Excellent properties against HV surge impact
