Medium Current Series are fabricated with characteristics of forward current up to 100mA-400mA, voltage from 8KV-20KV, and used for such applications as micro wave oven, laser power supply, voltage multiplying circuits etc.
Features
- High junction temperature up to -40℃ ～175℃
- Low forward voltage drop, and small current leakage
- Avalanche breakdown protection
- Reverse recovery time up to 70 nS
- Excellent properties against HV surge impact
- Axial leading wires which are weldable
- Epoxy package with anti-corrosion properties on surface
